The Certified Field Trainer (CFT) Program is a comprehensive training initiative designed to bridge the gap between classroom training and field training. It aims to create a standardized and effective training process for field trainers within the company. The CFT Program is essential to ensure consistency and quality in training new hires. By aligning classroom and field training, we enhance the onboarding experience, reduce the learning curve, and improve overall employee and customer retention.Â
I took on the role of project manager and lead designer to ensure the alignment of each part of the CFT hiring and training process. This involved coordinating efforts among various stakeholders, setting project timelines, and overseeing the implementation of necessary changes to create a seamless transition between training and evaluation.
I led the design and development of the classroom training for certified field trainers. This training module covers essential skills and knowledge needed for effective field training. It includes topics such as coaching techniques, communication skills, and aligning training objectives with company goals.
I led the design of the pitch deck for C-Suite buy-in. This involved crafting a persuasive presentation that highlighted the program's importance, benefits, and implementation strategy. I emphasized the potential ROI and outlined the key components of the program to secure leadership buy-in. The pitch was well received and the CFT program was recently approved. It is currently in the beginning stages of of implementation.
